The Athenaeum is one of only a handful of family-owned five-star hotels in London. The brothers are renowned for their French bistro-inspired menus featuring the best seasonal and local ingredients. The hotel’s destination bar has also been given ‘the Galvin touch,’ with perfectly-crafted cocktails and bar snacks now complimenting a collection of 300 varieties of whisky.
